I was a 1957 classmate of Annie's and was also a friend. We talked and I walked her two dogs on this past Sunday eve. I am so saddened by her unexpected passing and will miss her. Marsha, you know I cared about her and knew what she was going thru. My heart aches for all of the family as I know you will miss her so much. Your family has my deepest sympathy.

To the family of Alice,
I'm sorry for your loss. You all have our sympathies. Alice and Kenny were great people. I (Sheri) had the joy of caring for Kenny when I worked at the Oaks and visited him and Alice at their home. I learned after several years that I had a cousin that lived just around the corner. Hugs & Prayers to all of you.

Well Kids, This is surely a tough time for us all, isn't it? Alice was so special to me. She was my friend, my neighbor, and my flower garden guru. I wasn't done with her, but I guess we are not calling the shots, are we. At least she doesn't hurt anymore. I shall miss her greatly.

I, also, am a classmate of Alice's. We went to school all 12 years together. We sang together for many of those years with Mollie and Sharon. I was planning a visit with her soon and am so sorry I didn't get there. We did have a great visit last March and reminisced, laughed, and talked about all the fun things we did at Larwill. At this time in our life we just don't know what might happen at any time and we shouldn't wait till it fits perfectly in our plans to do the things we really want to do, to see the folks we really want to see.
We are unabe to come to the Memorial Service but will be there in spirit.
My deep sympathy to all of you.

To Alice''s Family,
I am also a LHS of 57 classmate. Our 55th comes up in 2012 and we will miss her smiles and outlooks. We are all so aware that at our age, timing is ''what will be, will be''. Condolences to her family and classmates. We now have one less. Mel

I only met Alice in person this past summer, but I have heard about her for years from my mom, Mollie Payne. My mom counted Alice as one of her closest friends and I know she will miss her a lot. Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Libby Turney
