Ron is now with his Lord, Who he loved and served so faithfully. We are all more for having known him in life and now we all have an advocate for us before the Lord. We should feel comforted in that he has gone home before us to prepare a place for us. One thing that was true for Ron was that he loved his family and now as we take our leave of him on earth, we need to know that he stands before us in Heaven.

Glory be to God! One of his precious children and my brother in Chris, is by his side now. My husband and I will miss running into the smiles and warmth that Ron and his wife have always given us. He will be missed terribly by many, but just to know where this kind soul will be, makes a heart fill with gratitude! God bless his family and give you all comfort through your loss.

Kay and family,
There is no way for me to express my sadness at Ron's passing and my feeble attempt to extend my condolences to all of you. I just could not believe what I read. So many good times over the years at Grandpa's Covington Downs with the Red Birds. Life never seems to be fair but Ron''s faith has sustained him as I knew from his words of comfort to us at Joe's funeral. I wish I could pay my respects in person but I've failed a lot. I want you to know that I will be with you in thoughts and prayers. May God wrap his arms around all of you.

Our sincere thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time. It has been many years since we spent time with Ronald and the family, but we have many great memories of our younger years with all of us at the home of his uncle Dale and aunt Vashti. Rest in peace Ron, in the arms of an angel.

Kay and family,
I'm so sorry to hear about Ron's passing. I know he is up there with his grandpa and with my dad and mom reminiscing about all the good times we had back at Covington Downs as well as all the other places we shared memories. He will be greatly missed. I'm sorry I could not come to town and pay my respects to you but my performance schedule here in Nashville would not allow me to get away. Please remember that my thoughts and prayers are with you and may God comfort you during this sad time.
