I will truly miss Verlin, I worked with him his entire time at Wayne Township and he was just a very nice person to everyone. He talked a lot about biking and computers. He talked fondly of his family. I'm just really going to miss seeing him everyday.
I was so sorry to hear of Verlin's passing. I also was a classmate of Verlin through elementary as well as high school. He always seemed so nice and easy to like. Even though I haven't seen him for years, there remains a strong bond and love for those with whom I went to school all twelve years. I extend my deepest sympathy to you in your time of loss. I worked with Verlin the entire time he was at Wayne Township. He always had a smile for you and never seemed to get upset. I always enjoyed talking to him even though sometimes he really confused with with his computer geek language!! LOL When I heard he had passed all I could do was cry, not only because it was so sudden, but because I will miss calling him and asking him to help me with my computer, seeing his smile, having him always ask how I was doing. He was such a sweet and gentle man that will be missed by anyone who knew him. Heidi Hannie
