Marilyn J Landis

Marilyn Joan Landis, age 59, of New Haven, IN, passed away at 10:00 am on Sunday November 22, 2020 at Miller’s Merry Manor, Marion.  Born on April 24, 1961 in Columbia City, IN, she was the daughter of Paul and Sharon (Smith) Creager.

Marilyn attended Columbia City Joint and Woodlan High Schools. She married Jerry Landis in Tocsin, IN.  Marilyn worked at Speedway as an attendant for several years.  She also enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughter Lacie Creager; grandchildren Jeryn Davis, Ryder Creager-Vale, and Drayk Creager; siblings Ann Marie Creager and Russell Jay Creager; niece Ashley Creager.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Jerry Landis.

Friends and family may call from 11:00am-1:00pm on Wednesday November 25, 2020 at DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City.  With the current Executive Order, face masks are required for attendance.

Funeral services for Marilyn will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at the funeral home.   With limited seating, the funeral service may also be watched live on Facebook through DeMoney Grimes Live. Burial will follow in Nolt Cemetery, Columbia City.
