Pamela K. Tinsley

Pamela K. Tinsley, age 65, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away at 10:22 am on Wednesday December 6, 2023, at her residence.  Born on September 28, 1958, in Columbia City, IN, she was the daughter of Frederick Grant, Sr. and Doris I. (Pratt) Lewis.

Pamela was a Whitley County resident until 1980 then moved to Allen County, IN.  She graduated from Columbia City Joint High School with the Class of 1977.  Pamela worked at Amoco Stores in Fort Wayne for many years.  She also worked security for American Eagle Detective Agency.  Pamela enjoyed plastic canvas crafting in her free time.

Survivors include her children Barnaby M. "Mike" (Shelly) Tinsley of Bluffton, IN and Michelle R. (Shaun “Tim” Kruse) Burgo of Fort Wayne, IN; siblings, Paulette (Gair) Dunham of Columbia City, Patricia (Oakley) Uhl of Albion, Priscilla Christine Wylie of Avilla, Nolan (Deana) Wolfe of Fort Wayne, IN; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter Sabra Rose Tinsley, and nephew Fred Sheets.

Funeral services for Pamela will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, December 15, 2023, at DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City, with calling from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Burial in South Park (Annex) Cemetery, Columbia City at a later date.
