Roy Fletcher, Jr.

Roy Earl Brother Fletcher, Jr., age 68, of Columbia City, IN passed away at 12:45 pm on Saturday July 29, 2017 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born on October 3, 1948 in Wolf Lake, IN, he was the son of Roy Earl and Doloris (Fulk) Fletcher, Sr.

Roy attended local schools and resided at Bear Lake. He has also lived in South Whitley and most recently in Columbia City. Roy was an assembler at Passages Inc. in Columbia City for many years.

Survivors include his sisters Christine (Chuck) Notter of Columbia City, Carolyn (Larry) Tinkham of Kimmell, and Kathy Curry of Madisonville, TN; brother Jon Fletcher of North Manchester. He was preceded in death by his parents Roy, Sr. and Doloris.

Funeral services for Roy will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday August 1, 2017, with calling one hour prior to service at DeMoney-Grimes, a Life Story Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City. Burial will follow in Thorn Cemetery, Ormas. Memorial contributions in memory of Roy may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to American Heart Association.
