Mary L. Coe

Mary L. Coe, age 58, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away at 4:26 pm on Friday May 26, 2023, at her residence.  Born on July 21, 1964, in Columbia City, she was the daughter of Raymond Brown and Myrna Yancy.

Mary attended Columbia City Joint High School and graduated with the Class of 1982.  She worked for Peyton’s Warehouse in Bluffton, Parkview Hospital in housekeeping, and most recently, Riverside Manufacturing.

Mary enjoyed coaching soccer, playing scratch offs, and having “girl” days with her children going to the movies and shopping.  She also attended Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, Fort Wayne.

Survivors include her companion Victor Angulo, Jr. of Fort Wayne; children Dienda Ramberger and Terica Harpel, both of Fort Wayne, Belinda Sitts of Columbia City, and Bianca Born of Churubusco; stepson Victor Angulo, III; 12 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; sister Lila Gagnon of Sturgis, MI.

She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Nila Born, Debra Brown, and Raymond Brown, and nephew Gregory Leckrone.

Funeral service for Mary will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday June 5, 2023, at DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City, with calling from 11:00-12:00.

Burial will follow in Greenhill Cemetery, Columbia City.
