Robert Lee "Mr. Bob" Howard

Robert Lee “Mr. Bob” Howard, Jr. age 67, of Wolf Lake, IN, passed away on Saturday September 23, 2023, at 4:20 pm at his residence.  Born on July 30, 1956, in Rushville, IN, he was the son of Robert and Ruth Ann (Ray) Howard, Sr.

Robert attended local schools and completed his education by earning his GED.  He lived in Allen County, Noble County, and for a brief time in Oklahoma.  Robert worked as a polisher and welder for Franke Plating, Fort Wayne.

Survivors include his lifelong partner Kathee Godsey of Albion; children Clinton DeBaillie and Robbie Rowan, both of Fort Wayne and Kriston Godsey of Churubusco; several grandchildren; siblings Walter Howard of Tampa, FL, Rosalie Townsend of Crossville, TN, Linda Russell of Kendallville, Richard Howard of Boham, TX, and Rex Howard of Oklahoma City, OK; half-sister Lynn Howard of Albion.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Ted Howard, and half-brother Kenny Fulford.

A memorial service for Robert will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday October 12, 2023, at DeMoney Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City.

Memorial contributions in memory of Robert may be made to DeMoney Grimes towards his final expenses.
