David K. Fox, 60, of Columbia City, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at his home. Born February 14, 1961 at Saint Mary's Hospital in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, he was the son of Darrell and Karen (Johnson) Fox.
He grew up in Janesville and graduated from Parker High School with the Class of 1979. Following high school, Dave began working for General Motors. In the early 1980's, Dave transferred to the new Fort Wayne, Indiana GM Plant and currently was a lead painter with them.
Dave loved sports! He enjoyed NASCAR, the Packers and any other Wisconsin teams including the Badgers and the Brewers. Dave found relaxation being outdoors, hunting, camping or being on the lake. He always looked forward to weekends at Lakeside Campground in Plymouth.
He is survived by his children, Jason (Carrie) Fox, Dustin Fox, Ashley Steele and Katie Caldwell; brother, Jeff (Delana) Fox; and many grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Darrell Fox, mother, Karen Fox; sister, Sidney Carlson; and brother, Jim Fox.
