Infant Jacob Waron Meredith

Infant Jacob Waron Meredith, son of James R. and Ashley D. (Goldwood) Meredith, passed away and was delivered at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Jacob was stillborn and weighed 3.5 oz. at 7 inches tall.


He is survived by his loving parents, James and Ashley Meredith, of Columbia City; sister, Maddison Heath; brothers, Dominic Heath, Isaac Heath and Donovan Meredith; grandparents, Norman and Linda Meredith and Kit and Ramona Goldwood, all of Columbia City; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, January 3, 2019 at DeMoney-Grimes, a Life Story Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Dr., Columbia City.
