Our funeral home is a family owned and operated business with over 100 years of experience. We take pride in serving the Columbia City, Whitley County and surrounding communities. Outstanding service has always been, and always will be our number one priority.
DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home began in 1915 on Van Buren Street in Columbia City and moved to the Cyrus B. Tully Mansion in 1923. The funeral home was destroyed by a fire in March of 1983 and our new facility was built at 600 Countryside Park Drive on the northeast side of the intersection of U.S. 30 and Indiana State Road 9. With the growth of our business serving more families over the years, the facility was added on to in 1999 and a new gathering room/ chapel was added in 2004.
